After School Program
Our Weekdays After-School Program at MSTC is designed to strengthen students' math and science skills through our innovative Foundation Mastery Method (FM2). Held from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays, the program provides personalized learning paths based on placement tests to address each student’s unique strengths and gaps. With a focus on building confidence through repetition, students improve their performance in homework, tests, and standardized exams like the SAT, ACT, and GED. The program fosters a love for learning with custom workbooks, videos, and an engaging curriculum, ensuring academic success and reducing performance anxiety.

Arithmetic to Prealgebra
The Arithmetic to Pre-Algebra section of our after-school program focuses on building essential mathematical skills. Students will master the four fundamental operations—addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division—while also developing a deep understanding of concepts like Least Common Multiple (LCM) and Greatest Common Divisor (GCD). This foundation not only strengthens their number sense but also prepares them for more advanced topics in algebra, setting them up for long-term success in math.

Algebra to Calculus
The Algebra to Calculus section of our after-school program guides students through core concepts essential for higher-level math. This section focuses on mastering expressions, solving equations, and understanding inequalities, laying the groundwork for advanced topics in calculus. Through practice and problem-solving, students build confidence in manipulating algebraic expressions and develop critical thinking skills needed to tackle complex mathematical challenges as they progress toward calculus.

Science
The Science section of our after-school program introduces students to key concepts in physics, chemistry, and biology. Students will explore topics such as distance, velocity, and acceleration, as well as the fundamentals of sound. Additionally, they will dive into basic principles of chemistry and biology to develop a well-rounded understanding of the sciences. Through engaging lessons and hands-on activities, this section aims to foster curiosity and critical thinking, equipping students with the knowledge they need to excel in science.
